Karen Douglas truly saved my back by following up on my family's application. Amongst the multiple applications we sent, she was the only person who contacted us to let us know what else we needed to do. I'm sincerely greatful to her as she went above and beyond to put us in our rental.

The entire team at Peak Central made renting our house out such a pleasant experience. The whole process was streamline and the team were so helpful, nothing has been too much trouble for them. Their responsiveness when trying to contact them has been incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Renting our family home out was always going to come with a bit of apprehension but their professional response to finding the right tenants has made it a positive experience and giving us a feeling of confidence.

Since Georjana started working with us she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, I feel that she has gone above and beyond- being forced to attend 4 PCIs and deal with an unreliable builder. Her communication with us and her work ethic have been exemplary! It is obvious she is a very capable, professional, skilled and extremely patient person. We are so very grateful to her for helping us get own house so quickly on the market and then getting us tenants! Again thank you Georjana for all your help and I will definitely recommend peak central to any other prospective renters or rentees. Michelle and the other property management team members have been great too.

Peak Central did a great job in letting our property in Baldivis. Georjana, Karen and the whole team were so helpful, nothing was ever a problem. They had great market knowledge and advised the right rental price to let the property in less than 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Peak Central

It's been a great ride with Peak. To all those in the space, landlord's, tenants and agents YOU can't make everyone happy all the time, but when it's been consistently helpful and our property well managed we can't complain. We've been with Peak for nearly 20 years...I've been around this block. Taking property back as my daughter has just moved in, sign of the times helping were we can. All I can say, it's been a pleasure 🙏 Peak.
