Well balanced Property Managers at L.J. Hooker Belmore
A good Property Manager is a well balanced and multiple - sided person. They represent the owners in the Market Place and must be familiar with all the legal rules that seem to multiply daily. However the most important aspect of the job is to provide a bridge between the tenant and the owner. When there is a vacancy the owner wants speedy action to re -rent the property at a favorable rent level. The Property Manager's task is to convince both the owner and the renter that the "the price is right " for the flat/unit/house. The Property Managers are also looking after the maintenance requirements that occur in all properties. This requires good contact with trades people and often requires keeping the peace between the tenant and the owner, one dissatisfied with the "slow action time" and the other with the cost of the repair. A Property Manager needs to be a bit of an amateur psychologist in order to satisfy both bridge-heads. I found that the Property Managers at L.J.Hooker Belmore, meet very these multiple requirements very well.

Excellent Property Management Service
This agency (now owned by L.J. Hooker) has been helping me since 2010 in my property management. The current property manager Michael has been very pro-active in attending all the property management matters. I am very impressed.
