This property was the first (and ended up being our last) inspection for the day. Michael was at the property early and had the house open ready to go, he was extremely friendly and professional which was a great start. We received a phone call from Michael a couple hours after the inspection to say we were approved. The process was easy and Michael was very helpful with the whole process. Communication was great as we had a few questions about the property and all questions were promptly answered. Highly Recommend Liam A

Getting the house before 1 day left for christmas was a bug pain but team has helped me and followed a smooth process. They guy showed me wrong cage and said it belong to us. while after sometime the original owner of the cage turn up. So I would say he had lack of knowledge about property that is why I am cutting one star.

We had a rather sudden change in Property Management due to the death of our long standing Managing Agent. This happened at the time when we had a few vacancies. We were somewhat vary of the change. It came as a pleasant surprise that within 2 or 3 days one of our few weeks old vacancies was rented by our new Agent, L J Hooker
