Have known Jeremy for ~ 20 years since I first bought the place just sold. Always had it in mind that would sell it through him. He has always been very personable and professional and I am pleased to have gone with him on this occasion. I would add that I found his advice to largely ignore valuations suggested in RealEstate(.com) to be spot on. As it turned out, the property never got within cooee of the levels they suggested, which had raised my expectations unrealistically, despite best efforts and a desultory scattering of people at the auction.
