We were impressed with the close attention Rob gave to the sale of our property. His exemplary sales and auctioneering skills brought the sale price well in excess of our expectations. Ben Williams has a remarkably detailed knowledge of the local (Blackburn) market. He was almost always easy to contact, conducted himself professionally through the whole sale process and had a wealth of knowledge about local service providers that was very helpful. Most importantly, when it came to closing the deal with the eventual purchasers, Ben was diligent and persistent.
