Robert's in depth knowledge of the area has allowed him to give me a realistic valuation for my property and set my expectations at a level at which the market is currently positioned. (Not over inflate the value to get me to sign the dotted line). He kept me well informed with all information throughout the entire advertising campaign. Speaking with me immediately after all open for inspections and shortly after follow up phone calls during the week with prospective purchasers. Robert's enthusiasm and dedication shows in the effort that he puts towards selling your home. From the early morning emails or evening phone calls/txt to keep you up to date. Robert will do what it takes to get the job done properly! Auction day went completely as planned, we were guided by Roberts experience and knowledge with the auctioneering process but was never pressured into placing the house on the market. The price on auction day reflected discussions we'd had prior and there were no hidden surprises.
