Robert was recommended to us through neighbours and previous clients in our area. Robert cheerfully presented his strategies and policies clearly and concisely and welcomed our opinions and expectations prior to agreeing on the overall marketing schedule. We selected Robert and his team after viewing and attending local auctions which Robert himself was the auctioneer. I work in the real estate industry in Sydney and I have never been as impressed as I was with the actions and continuing service of this real estate office team. Robert and his team delivered an honest and well organised campaign as promised. They went out of their way to make this the most pleasant experience possible for my parents who had lived in their family home for 60 years. We did have a brilliant result at auction but I would still be shouting their praises for their professional and personable approach whatever the outcome. Thank you Robert and your team!

We found Ben to be extremely knowledgable regarding the history of sales in our area and able to read the market effectively. Ben was always considerate of our needs, helpful and a genuinely friendly person. It was nice to deal with a real person and not a "smooth" real estate agent! I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone thinking of selling. Many thanks Ben

Rob recently sold our house in Nunawading and it has been a pleasure working with him. He does a great job of keeping you informed along the journey and managing your expectations so that there are are no surprises. Together with the rest of the team at Fletchers you'll be in good hands. Bottom line - if you're looking to sell a property in Nunawading - you can't go wrong with Rob.

Selling your property can be a very stressful experience. After meeting with different real estate agents, Rob Sheahan from Fletchers Blackburn stood out. Rob was very friendly and professional through out the whole campaign. He helped us with ways to present the property. He kept us fully updated on all our opens and buyers feedback. Auction day ran very smoothly. The auction was run very professionally yet it was quite ientertaining. Rob has a style that engages the crowed. Rob also impressed us with his negotiation skills. We got a great result on the day, we found the whole process far less stressful than expected. This was largely due to Rob being upfront, open and honest. Thanks Rob for a very positive experience. 👍
