Excellent Agency
We first approached Frank Dowling when we were struggling to rent our property with another agency, they quickly had a tenant sign within 48 hours, when the tenants vacated they had another tenant lined up instantly through the covid pandemic. They have been extremely approachable and responsive with any queries we have had in regards to our investment property. They have also actioned any maintenance that has arisen throughout the tenancies to have the matters attended to promptly. We would highly recommend Frank Dowling Real Estate to anyone who is looking for a great rental team. Jane in particular has been extremely professional and approachable at all times.

Fantastic service again
Jane and her team have done a great job leasing and managing the rental of my property over the last few years, providing prompt feedback from regular inspections, efficiently resolving any tenant concerns and issuing punctual monthly statements. They have now found a new tenant with minimal vacancy time really quickly in the middle of lockdown 6, which is an amazing job. Highly recommend Jane and her team.
