Have been associated with Frank Dowling since 1978. Very good family Real Estate agents and hence my decision to stay with them for 41 years. I do not like to deal with " fly by night "type of businesses. Big Names do not necessarily bring in big results.With them you are just a NUMBER.

Jane was very helpful in finding us a new rental property to suit our needs which was close to our work location when we needed to upsize. She worked efficiently and accommodated meeting me outside of hours for a private inspection. We have rented two residential properties as well as a current commercial property through Frank Dowling. The team is always prompt in their communication and management and work very efficiently in the best interest of all parties involved. Jane & Kirsty have been our rental managers and they are both wonderful, personable and always accommodating. Dianne the receptionist is always lovely and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the Jane who met with me twice and contacted me consistently with lots of useful ideas such as landlords insurance and tax depreciation schedules, that I had not thought of.
