David was an easy agent to purchase a house through. The sale was smooth and easy going and exceptional when conversing with our financial broker who David recommended. David returned calls in a promt manner and was readily available to view the house There were a few details that we felt could have been improved towards the end of the sale. The lawns / gardens were left long and dry despite commication and the dishwasher was not working (These were the previous owners responsibility however disappointing to not have them rectified prior to handover) On the day of the sale, we were handed an envelope of keys by a receptionist without so much as an”congratulations”. The sale sign is still sitting at the house weeks after the sale. It’s a busy time in the current market, despite the sale being an easy sale it was evident that David is in demand and possibly too busy for a high level of customer service, expected when purchasing a property.

It seemed like we had been looking for a lifetime for a property that 'ticked all of the boxes' and met, in my opinion, a very stringent list of criteria. We had looked at properties listed through Gardian many times before, and honestly, I love the work of Mick McLeod and Ryan as well, but David Fisher 'delivered the goods'!! His communication was excellent and his service was 'above and beyond'. He understood that as his time is precious, so is ours, and so the whole transaction seemed so easy and smooth.
