Dave was the only agent to return our enquiry of selling our house. We had an idea of what our house would be worth before contacting Dave. Dave did an appraisal and was spot on. He didn’t over inflate the selling price to attract us, he was honest, prompt, explained everything to us about our house price and why he reached that value and he always called us when he said he would. That was what initially attracted us to him as our agent. We were always advised of the process the whole way through and the house was sold within a few weeks.
