During the sale of our family home road blocks just appeared from nowhere and the conditions changed for 6 weeks continuously. My agent kept going with a positive attitude and calmness far beyond his years. The market valve of the property was dropping at times it seemed daily but my agent kept up with the fluid market and we finally got a signature. We through we were on the home run but the finances had changed for the worse because of the drop in the market. With that our by now, Super-Agent had his financial department come in and work very hard to come up with a solution and the day was won. A great job was done by our agent and his team, legendary stuff looking back now.
