I went with Gardian because they came across as the best team to sell my property; not some nice, well meaning individual but a REAL team. Their sales forecast was spot on and significantly higher than other agents which meant they knew the local market and their sales campaign was presented well and targeted. The house ended up selling soon after auction for a fair and reasonable market price. I was particularly happy with the way they communicated . There was no bullying nor b***sh*t.
