As an interstate vendor we met David only once before placing our property with him to sell. The market was slumped and we knew it was risky to sell at the time we did. However he gave us great advice about how to present the property, which we followed and while we were initially hesitant about the investment in advertising we can now say that it paid off. David kept us up to date regularly and did such a great job that the property was sold within 3 weeks of being listed for a price we had hoped to get.
