The best asset with this sale and my dealings with Ben K was his openness to both parties. He was in constant communication updating both parties on any progression and ensuring that we were always in the loop. Ben never forced nor pushed for a quick decision which made it feel comfortable in making such a big decision. He made the whole process of purchasing a house seem easy due to his personal approach. Unfortunately I don't like real estate agents very much, I have them in the same class as horse trainers,insurance salesmen and politicians. Ben was however a person/real estate agent that seemed to be somewhat genuine and I'm sure he did the best he could for his clients. I have given him 3 stars across the board for his service as there is not a snowball's chance in hell that I would ever admit that a real estate agent deserved 5 stars.
