Having had a less than satisfactory experience with my previous property managers and tenants taking full advantage of the Covid rules placing an embargo on eviction (not paying rent for over 7 months) I was left with a property that had not been looked after and had not had maintenance issues reported. Through an eclectic mix of contacts Deanne Goodwin rang me to discuss my property and my situation. She was completely on point appraising where I was at and where I desired to be. As I live remotely from my investment Deanne and Cassie assessed my house and gave me an honest, realistic and straight to the point review of what needed to be done to return the house to a state where it would attract the right sort of tenant and rental return. On completion of all the necessary repairs and upgrades the house was listed on a Wednesday with an open the following Monday and within days a new tenant had been signed up.
