Professional people

Proficient and efficient Service
We have had our investment property managed by Gary J Real Estate for almost a year now and have had 2 different rental contracts in that time. Each of the Property Managers we have dealt with thus far have been professional and efficient with their service and the level of communication and attention to detail has been very appreciated - we highly recommend them.

Very Good Agency.
In the last few years we have used Gary J Smith a few times to lease a couple of units we own. They have been terrific. I was very impressed with the number of quality applicants they attracted, their assessment of each applicant and more importantly by the choice of applicants they made. So far all the tenants they found for us we have been very good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary J Smith agency to anyone.
