They allowed us time to correct mistakes and assisted us with our lack of knowledge. Thanks to their dedication to us, the tenants, we secured our lease. The whole process was made easier due to the teams excellent performance. Professional and empathic, they went out of their way to offer assistance every step of the way. We received a beautiful welcome to your home basket with tea, coffee, milk, tim Tam's, a lovely candle.... What a lovely gesture after a long day of moving! Kerri and the team made what could have been an overwhelming transition feel smooth and manageable. The welcome hamper upon key collection was a thoughtful, practical touch. When you don't yet know where anything is in your new home, a coffee sachet, pen and paper, tissues and a Tim Tam genuinely makes a difference.
