John was very understanding of our unusual circumstances. He showed excellent professionalism from the first meeting. He continued to maintain in regular communication throughout and had an excellent selling plan. It resulted in us getting near record value for the property. Property sale that exceeded our expectation
As many of sellers would know selling ones property can be a very stressful process. We had some bad experiences in the past. Thanks to John, this one went went very smoothly, without any trouble. John's experience and knowledge of the local market, customer service, communication skills and sales expertise , from day one - initial discussion reg. sale strategy and price, to first open through to finalizing sale and settlement of the property, everything was done 100% to our satisfaction and exceeded our expectations. At first open John managed to secure excellent response from potential buyers resulting in multiple offers and house being sold after first open inspection. No need to search for another agent next time!

Honest & Hard Working & Excellent Advice
We used John for the sale of our property, who assisted us immensely with researching and providing accurate pricing recommendations and advice which was regularly communicated to us during the building and sale process. John went well beyond a normal sale process, and assisted negotiations between the buyer and vendor with special extra conditions required to generate a sale, and ensured both parties could come to agreement and generate an acceptable contract for all parties. John's advice during the pricing process was invaluable and ensured we obtained a fair and good price on the sale. I would highly recommend John to any vendor desiring to sell their property.
