As a landlord it’s essential we can rely on our property manager and with Deanne and her team we know we can. Everything is managed as expected, great communication, prompt responses and, most importantly, well vetted tenants are found efficiently. Recommend.

It was our first rental in Adelaide, SA and we were lucky to encounter Gary J Smith. Our experience with Roxane, was delightful, she was very professional and helpful during the application process. The thoughtful idea of them giving a welcome basket of goodies, and all the necessary information sheet printed out, really surprised us. It is something that we haven’t come across previously, throughout our rental experiences in Australia.
