It was only 2 days between when we inspected the property, applied, and received a phone call from Alex Kontogiannis to congratulate us on our new home. Finding a new place to rent can be a stressful and uncomfortable process, however, we didn't feel this way at all when finding our current home thanks to Alex! The process was not only fast but totally painless, Alex told us exactly what we did and didn't need to include in our application, making the process easier for us and more efficient for the property managers to receive. He always responded immediately to our emails to answer our questions and didn't hesitate to call with the utmost kindness and clarity. Alex took us right through to the end, I have never met such a knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable leasing consultant! Thank you Alex!

Corinne's depth of knowledge and experience across many areas is commendable. Her advice across various issues has been invaluable and her honest opinion is refreshing. I would recommend Corinne and Brand Properly to anyone looking for an Agent that you can depend and rely upon. Keep up the great work Team Brand.

As newcomers to Australia, we found the lease arrangements to be somewhat different from our own country. However, based on our limited experience, it was evident that Brand Property distinguishes itself with a notably higher level of professionalism in handling documentation, including the reference check process. I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Corinne for orchestrating our lease agreement and meticulously managing all associated paperwork up until the day of our occupancy. Her dedication and attention to detail truly set her apart. Thank you, once again, for the invaluable assistance provided.
