I had my property listed with another agent in Woy Woy for ~6 weeks, and didn't have so much as an application. Within 3 business days of signing up with Brand, I received an application from a great couple, who will be truly happy in my property. Brand was fast, friendly, responsive, and professional. Their technology was great too, with their post-inspection report. I could rave about Brand for hours. My only regret is that I didn't sign up with brands years and years earlier!
