Everybody was very professional My only issue is for 1 rental i think i spoke/dealt with 5 different people The left hand sometimes didnt know what the right was doing Process for me was to hard to follow Also weekly report shows a figure of LEASE APPLICATIONS RECEIVED When in fact its lease applications sent out-very misleading and confusing

Applied, pre approved, inspected property 2 days later and was approved same day as inspection.
