It was a pleasure to attend a viewing of the property I was interested in renting. The Leasing Consultant was on time for the open and very friendly and polite. She took the time to answer my questions after I had finished my inspection and made me feel at ease knowing I would be in good hands if I was successful in applying for this property. All correspondence and communication was very professional. All the staff I liaised with through Brand Real Estate were very proficient and knowledgeable. My application was handled with respect and I am very happy to be successful in securing this residence. I trust my experience with Brand Real Estate will only ever be professional and I will be treated as a valued client.

Honestly can not talk badly mainly on gerrie she was the nicest and most thoughtful person we could have had to help us. I really like how she would take the time to see is there were any other times or days to go inspected due to both of us working different schedules, she answered any questions we had. Gerrie has a great personality to be working in the field I would recommend her highly.
