After attending inspections for nearly a year, it meant a lot that he took the time to reach out — especially as this was the only listing I had seen that mentioned being suitable for first-time renters. At the inspection, Craig had a warm and welcoming presence. He was approachable, happy to answer questions, and made the experience feel comfortable rather than stressful. I shared that I had high hopes for the property, and he was genuinely kind and encouraging. When he called to let me know I had been approved, he made the moment feel special and personal. It didn’t feel transactional — he was genuinely excited when he told me the good news. Throughout the process, including when I experienced issues transferring the holding fee through my bank, Craig was patient and understanding. Even when I followed up about next steps because I was eager and didn’t want to lose the property, he remained professional and reassuring.
