I am very pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and approachability of my Property Manager. As a tenant, it is so lovely to feel that my privacy is respected and if I have any queries, I know they will be dealt with promptly and with kindness.

As soon as our real estate agent was made aware of our tenants moving out they started the steps to find new tenants for our property. Kept me in the loop the whole time discussing all aspects and delivered good candidates for the next lease. From the departure of the old tenants to the new one was only a couple of days so very little time and money was lost. Very happy with the whole experience and there was no stress at all with the change over.

I believe Craig has a great style - relates, has warmth, flows toward a successful outcome for all parties. And his property management team have the follow up.

I was constantly updated on availabilities. Miss Green is exceptional at what she does. Moving into our new home was a bit of a shock. The house was pretty dirty, the lawns were atrocious.
