As I owned a unit it was a difficult sell, because money was so cheap. Buyers were simply not going to pay for a unit when for a little bit more they could buy a house. I was a proactive seller and moved my price down to get it moving. John got an offer but, to my surprise, he got an offer at my original asking price. Very happy!

Having experienced Stella,s outstanding service with several properties over many years I can highly recommend her service. My latest property sale was the most problematic due to another companies mismanagement and bad tenants along with my being an absentee landlord. Stella aided in guiding me through a difficult time preparing the property for sale by introducing me remotely to a renovation specialist Kat Wiseman who had the unenviable task of cleaning this property before renovations and bringing it back to a high standard ready for presentation. This could only have been done with a high level of trust as I was 1000,s of kilometres away . What for me was potentially heartbreaking was rescued and completely turned around and by Stella,s guiding hand resulted in a win-win for everyone including I believe the new owner.
