We are in country WA so after the initial property viewing, everything was handled remotely. Stella was very responsive! She was always available on the phone, was able to arrange a final inspection outside of normal hours, and when settlement was delayed on the actual day, organised for us to take possession within 30 mins -- very handy as we were literally in the car about to make the 400km trip up to Perth!
