David has been in realestate industry for a long time and he is super familiar with the market trends. I was so impressed by how he understood our needs and coordinates sales activities to match our schedule and plan. Our communication regarding the sale with David was smooth and efficient, which was one of the key factors nailing down the offer 2 days after the Sat Home open.
