From the day that our parents attended the home open for us, to the day that she handed the keys over to us, Stella was nothing but helpful! We were so upset when we we were unable to attend the home open, but so glad to hear how inviting Stella was to our parents. After we put an offer on the house Stella only sent the docu-sign to the top few offers as opposed to all of the applicants, something that we really appreciated (we had honestly filled out a good 20 docu-signs for other properties prior to this house to find out that it was a waste of our time as there were many offers higher than ours!) Getting the phone call from Stella advising us that our offer was accepted was extremely exciting, and was made even easier by Stella who said to celebrate ‘tonight’ and that she’d call us the following day to speak about the next steps. Stella recommended a pest inspection company and settlement agent, something that saved us lots of time. She didn’t mind about what time we messaged her and always replied to our questions with helpful remarks. We still laugh about the final inspection with Stella. She rocked up with so many tools and gadgets and you could tell that 1. She’d done many inspections before and 2. That she wanted to ensure that the property was in perfect condition for us. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with it all! The highlight of the experience was the bottle of champagne, card and phone call from Stella the day that we picked up our keys. Even after her ‘job’ was done, she still reached out to us!! As first home buyers, Stella made the process feel very easy and straight forward. We cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Stella!
