Quietly I had a price expectation, then after watching the rise in sale prices of the neighbouring properties, Mentally, I added another $20k, but Creagh Ferdinands with a healthy market base, further exceeded my expectations and truly worked every resource available to him to get me the ultimate deal for my house.
