Right from when we first met Kirrily we were impressed by how at ease she made us and how clearly she explained to us the plan and each step. She was really understanding of how anxious I was about the whole process and was friendly and kind throughout. We had only a short window of time (about 12 weeks) between deciding to sell and when we would be moving interstate, but Kirrily and Kayla were professional, reassuring, and so willing to come up with solutions that would benefit both us and the prospective buyers. She went above and beyond at every step - things like lending us bedlinen for the photoshoot because ours had all been packed away; arranging for our unwanted furniture to be donated to a charity and arranging for her landscaper husband to come and mow the lawn before the new owner moved in! We would without question absolutely recomend her services for anyone looking to sell their home. Kirrily is an excellent real estate agent and a wonderful human!!

I was most overwhelmed with getting my rental house prepared for sale. I had to seek out many tradesmen for tasks to do. The only thing I was sure of was my choice of Real Estate Agent, Creagh. In that time I called on him to answer queries and watched the approach he had to his clients. I was impressed with his personal style - unpretentious, and helpful . Then the time came for me to sell, and Creagh and his team at Joondalup Harcourt Alliance did not disappoint. In fact, they were very kind and thoughtful. From the time the rental house was vacated to settlement, I had 3 admissions to hospital, totally 13 days, and Creagh & his team were supportive with the journey of getting the house on the market and made the whole process flow seamlessly.
