Darren has been awesome, had all the answers to my questions, responded to my emails in a timely manner and in a professional way and he made sure I faced no issues moving in. Most of my rent dues were not communicated well, it was rather communicated in a passive aggressive way. They’re always busy with other things. I wish they were kinder and patient. Apart from that, this is my first time renting in melbourne and I believe I deserve at-least some amount of courtesy from their end to explain the rent system. It’s rather stressful than smooth.
