My tenant chose to move out during COVID and I was having trouble renting my apartment as it needed work done. From my first phone call, Harcourts sorted everything, and I mean everything, out. Inspecting my property, advising on what needs updating, getting quotes, overseeing the updates (painting, carpets, floors, and some maintenance work), organising payment once work was complete, setting rental price, advertising, seeing people though, selecting preferred new tenants, and doing all the paperwork. I’ve had no issues renting the place including finding new tenants. Rent is always compared and adjusted to market price and so is at a level that reflects current market. Each inspection for new tenants and annually is vey thorough, including videos and extensive photos. Being an interstate investor, I know that the rental is being managed to a very high standard. Mikaele is worth her weight in gold.

We have an apartment in Moone Ponds that is being managed by Darren at Harcourts Melbourne City. Our tenant gave notice just before Christmas and moved out. Darren managed the review of the property once vacated and found a new tenant early in the new year. I can't thank Mikaele and Daniella enough for their help. Having had three months of observing and applying for apartments well within the scope of what I could afford, I was repeatedly refused for my Labrador. This put further stress on my employment as my employer had to continually fill in references and give me time off work to see apartments only to get rejected for them. All real estates refused to use my application for further apartments. Mikaele not only used my current application saving me from providing further references from my employer, got me pre-approval for my dog, and I am now very happy in my apartment in the CBD with my best friend with me.
