The two Harcourts reps I dealt with were expert in providing information which progressed a good outcome for all parties, renter and owner alike. Their communication was respectful, timely and focused on what was needed to be done while meeting and exceeding customer expectations expectations.

From the moment I had contact with staff from this organisation immediately, felt welcomed and genuinely respected. They are friendly, warm people who go above and beyond in their service, to ensure you have the best experience during the rental process. I cannot fault the service in any way. They provided so much support and assistance in the process that I am forever grateful in my new home. Highly recommended. Big thank you to everyone.

We had a great experience with Harcourt's Melbourne City. Our lease agent was Annalise. She was really kind and always helpful with any question we had. Our property manager is Mikaele and she takes care of every issue we had when moving in. So far, we are really impressed with the services provided by Harcourt's.

Having used Harcourts to manage my rental property for almost half a decade now, I have always been thoroughly satisfied with their diligence, proactiveness, communications and market awareness, none of which were affected even when there had to be changes in the agent managing my property. Highly recommended!

I switched to Harcourts as my leasing agent fairly recently after very poor service elsewhere. I am very pleased I did. Things get done quickly and efficiently. My agent also makes sensible suggestions I feel confident I am in good hands at last
