We recently purchased a property auctioned by Nic and despite extenuating circumstances allowing only limited access to the property throughout the auction campaign, Nic was able to ensure that we, as buyers, were able to gain all of the information we required to make informed decisions in order to bid with confidence at the auction. During our one and only physical inspection, Nic was attentive and responsive to our specific questions, as well as honest when he was unable to answer a specific question but ensured us he would do his best to find out. True to his word he did find out and on every occasion took the time to get back in touch with us either by phone or email to ensure the information he had supplied fully answered our questions. Nic was keen to sell this property but at no stage did he forget he was representing the vendor and he truly did have the vendor's best interest at heart. As a potential buyer in the lead up to the auction, I was not however at any stage misled or given inaccurate information. I found Nic to be very professional to deal with and was so happy with how he managed the sale of the property I purchased I did not hesitate to offer him the opportunity to sell my existing unit.
