Found Andrew on the LocalAgentFinder. Andrew responded quickly to my request looking for an agent to sell my property at the Gold Coast. He managed to find a buyer at a selling price that we were willing to accept. The property did not go to auction. Good part - fairly quick sale. Not too sure part - if the property reached its potential selling price.
