Nenad was easy to deal with, very informative and got me above my asking price!
I was really happy with Nenad through the whole process, he did not flood me with communication but kept me in the loop. I achieved a higher price than I had expected. He was helpful to arrange furniture staging etc as I was out of state and he did a lot to help get the place ready for sale. I highly recommended Nenad, and in fact my mother used my recommendation and has sold her property through him to, she was also very happy.

Very Happy
Andre was very helpful before before during and after the sale. During the auction I believe he was trying to get the best result for the seller and the purchaser. After the auction Andre kept us up date with any information we needed and was prompt with our final inspection and key hand over. Very pleased he had the sale signs removed the day after settlement. AgainI would buy or sell with Christine and her team!
In assessing who to use as our agent we checked current activity around our home , we also look at agents that were very active on social media platforms , agents that had company profile etc and after having 3 agents give us their thoughts on marketing strategy etc we chose the Christine Tucker team at Harcourts Coastal, we had numerous offers from day one and with the advise from Christine we accepted what was much higher than we thought. Again I would buy or sell with Christine and her team!
