Within a week and a half of meeting Patrick, he had my home photographed, listed and sold with an unconditional cash contract. Patrick was pure class from start to finish. He either answers his phone on the first couple of rings, or calls you straight back. He answers texts and emails straight away and he does what he says he’s going to do. He’s easy to deal with. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who builds rapport as quickly as Patrick does. He’s very personable, and you end up feeling like you’re dealing with a mate, someone you’ve known for a long time and could have a beer with. He’s genuine, easy going and always “on”. His colleague, Jewlie, is also lovely to deal with and super efficient. These guys are a well oiled machine and one that I would use again. As an ex real estate agent myself, and this being my first sale personally, it was very difficult to choose an agent from the many that I have met and known over the years. Upon meeting Patrick, I felt very comfortable with my decision and he continued to put me at ease as I went through the up and down roller coaster that is selling your home. He knows Carina and Carina Heights like the back of his hand and his local knowledge is second to none. We listed the property on a Thursday, had the first open on the Saturday, and by that evening I was choosing between two cash contracts. Can’t ask for much more as a seller.
