From a buyer's perspective, the seller's agent is usually someone to be wary of. With Patrick, that couldn't be further from the truth. An incredible communicator, who facilitated an open and transparent relationship between buyer and seller. On top of this, he was a down-to-earth person, and great to have a chat with.
