Trent assisted 6 month prior to the listing advising on how to make the property "sale ready". He then listed the property and worked tirelessly to find a buyer and negotiate a sale. It was a property with "a few hairs on it". Trent was a straight shooter and communicated excellently. I felt I was in control through the whole process. I interviewed four other agents first, they wre very similar. A friend recommended Dayne based on working with him in the past. At the interview, he came up with a novel approach of combining an "offers" period before going with an "offers above" approach. In addition, his personal qualities were as described to me; credible, affable, knowledgable, efficient. He seemed to get my "no fuss, just get it sold" approach. He demonstrated how the PR campaign would look and run. I vacated, had the place staged and put the property in his hands. He was punctual the "open house", he gave me prompt verbal feedback and email reports based on web-traffic. He kept me informed of the evolving offers.
