Consumate selling expert
Dayne established a working relationship over a number of years and was always helpful and responsive, even before a sale was likely. When the decision was made to sell, Dayne was selected from a competitive short list considering customer focus, value and professionalism. The trust he had developed in the lead up was a winning factor; another was the tailored commission structure. True to the relationship Dayne had developed and very true to his word, the property was sold using the strategy agreed, and Dayne did everything he committed to prior to contract date and during the ensuing pre-settlement period including conducting relevant facilitation with the occupying tenant. I would recommend anyone selling in the suburbs he services to contact Dayne if they wish to sell in a professional hassle free way, targeting the highest realistic sale price for their property. An agent that delivers what is promised
Trent assisted 6 month prior to the listing advising on how to make the property "sale ready". He then listed the property and worked tirelessly to find a buyer and negotiate a sale. It was a property with "a few hairs on it". Trent was a straight shooter and communicated excellently. I felt I was in control through the whole process. This is the second property I have sold through Trent and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Agent could learn a lot from Trent !

My husband and I enlisted Trent to sell our property. Dayne just completed the 3rd (of 3) sales for me & I could not have been happier with the result, particularly on the last (& most awkward) sale! After a bit of messing around with a potential buyer, Dayne rolled up the sleeves & negotiated a sale price with another buyer well above the first offer. made selling a seamless experience
I interviewed four other agents first, they wre very similar. A friend recommended Dayne based on working with him in the past. At the interview, he came up with a novel approach of combining an "offers" period before going with an "offers above" approach. In addition, his personal qualities were as described to me; credible, affable, knowledgable, efficient. He seemed to get my "no fuss, just get it sold" approach. He demonstrated how the PR campaign would look and run. I vacated, had the place staged and put the property in his hands. He was punctual the "open house", he gave me prompt verbal feedback and email reports based on web-traffic. He kept me informed of the evolving offers. Within two weeks, I accepted an offer for higher than I expected! Within a week it was unconditional. At all times, I felt I was in good hands... The process was smooth ... The result was better than I dreamed.
