Trent assisted 6 month prior to the listing advising on how to make the property "sale ready". He then listed the property and worked tirelessly to find a buyer and negotiate a sale. It was a property with "a few hairs on it". Trent was a straight shooter and communicated excellently. I felt I was in control through the whole process.
