I've known Nick for over a decade, he started off as the agent who was looking after the purchase of an investment property. The property may have been a disaster but my involvement with Nick definitely wasn't. Over the years he has become a friend, someone I trust, is a person of honesty and integrity. I recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking for an agent to handle the purchase or sale of their property, you can't go wrong.

Is not an easy task to achieve this process it needs full commitment to do it. Also working with Nick was magnificent and finally got my house. Communication with Nick was good and sometimes I call him if I need help and he was there helping me out.

I've had a very positive, stress free and easy selling experience with Nick and Demi. Together they are an amazing team. Nick is down to earth, friendly and easy to talk to. Nick gives good advice as his knowledge of the market is broad. Nick has a great professional manner. He has a realistic expectation of market values. The marketing strategy was beyond and above expectations. I was always kept well informed and updated throughout the entire process. One happy vendor! Thank you Nick, Demi and the team at Harcourts.

Over all we were very pleased with Nick and Demi, as they were on the ball for the opening days, and very punctual. The display for the internet was excellent, and that made the difference for the sale of our home.

Nick has quite good market knowledge and experience. Advised on property pricing, type of buyers in area. He kept me up to date on who was making an enquiry or inspecting the property. Usually available on phone or got back to me quickly when I called. Let me know when things were slow or busy. Overall, he did a fairly impressive job in advertising and selling my property.

Always was professional throughout the whole process despite navigating pandemic situation changes. We were kept informed of how interest in our property was going and we reached our target price. No question was ever ignored.
