we were in a situation where we had a contract on our dream house subject to sale of our current house. After shopping around for real estate agents as soon as we met Nick and Demi we knew that’s who we wanted. They were so enthusiastic but honest at the same time they never made any promises but said if my husband and I could present our house well they were confident in their marketing strategies that they could really give us a great opportunity to sell. Well that’s exactly what they delivered. We had our house ready for inspection every weekend and they kept people coming through the door. Within 8 weeks we had a buyer at a price we were happy with. Thanks Nick and Demi it was an absolute pleasure working with you both and I can assure you if we ever go through this process again we will choose you hands down.

No fuss, straight to the point, called a spare a spade. Explained all that was needed to be done, when we agreed to sell he was quick to put all in place and kept us well informed of all that was happening. Very pleased to have dealt with Nick.

Having had several experiences with Real Estate Agents over the past few years, we found Nick & his staff to be very honest in negotiating the sale of our property. The communication we received was very comforting considering previous experiences we had with other agents involved in the sale of another property, we have no hesitation in recommending Nick Bevan & we are happy with the service we received

Very friendly, helpful on the local area (as we are moving from NSW), didnt hassle us as we went thru the house and arranged an inspection outside of the open as we were flying out the day it was scheduled. Kept in contact with us, and once we agreed on price very helpful with answering all of our questions and I had lots!!! Demi was fantastic also and arranged for us to go thru house again. Overall very happy, love the house, Nick and Demi were awesome and made the whole process easier for us, as we are buying while still in NSW. Great service, highly recommend, thanks guys!!!

Our property was floundering on the market for almost a year with our previous agent. But with the help of social media, Nick and Demi evolved our campaign approach until they attracted the right buyer, well done.

Nick worked hard to sell my property in a very dead market. He explored a number of ways to promote interest in my property. He communicated with me with each of these strategies and was pleasant and efficient. Thankyou

As an out of state purchaser, Nick was a very professional agent to work with. Nick was able to answer any and all questions and followed up in a timely manner. Nick was very patient and understanding the whole way through the process. Will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying or selling in SA.
