They told me the market was slow and didn't give me any false predictions. They stuck in there and we finally got what we wanted. I was kept informed all the way through and would recommend this agency. Everything was done easily, especially as I am interstate. Great job!

Nick and his team in Gawler did a great job. They were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They happily showed me through the house a few times and explained everything in a simple way for a first home buyer like me to understand.

It was a tough decision to sell this place, but obviously the timing was just right. As a busy mum of 2 toddlers, nothing was too much trouble for Nick and Demi! They travelled out of their way to see me and stayed in constant contact throughout the sale process, including after hours. Couldn't recommend you guys enough 😁 Thank you 😆

The transition from living South and buying North Demi and Nick made so easy. Their professionalism, keeping us updated on information from the current vendor was brilliant. We only had three weeks for our settlement and were looking to move into our new home in this period - these guys made it happen and saved us a lot of headaches. Many thanks Nick & Demi - job well done :):)

Demi went over and above to help Ethan and I with all our needs. Meeting us out of hours to view the property, having no issue with a second viewing and running around town to get everything sorted so we could get settlement on time.

We recently purchased a mid-lease DHA investment property. From our first inspection through the sale and finally to the signing of the new lease , we were impressed by Nick's integrity and professionalism.

We are truly impressed with the in- depth knowledge, experience and professionalism of Mr. Nick bevan which resulted in selling our property with much higher than expected price. We have no hesitation in recommending Nick to the prospective sellers in SA and interstate. His knowledge and expertise in dealing especially with DHA properties is outstanding. We wish him all success in every dealing that he carries out in the future and God's bless...

We had a good experience when selling our property with Nick and his team. We are interstate owners and everything went well with Nick keeping us well informed. We have no hesitation in recommending him for real estate sales. John and Pam Carter

Nick has helped us from building completion to tenanting and sale. His agency has been a great help. Unfortunately we did not get a good price for our house in the end due to the depressed market.

Very accommodating for us to make bookings for house viewings outside of set open inspection times. Friendly and easy to communicate with. We had no problems at all.
