Outstanding Agent
We interviewed three different agencies to select an agent with whom we would put in charge of selling our most important asset. Nuria was the first agent we interviewed and we were so impressed with her presentation, her enthusiasm and positive attitude that it was a really easy decision to give her the job of selling our home. Nuria didn't disappoint and successfully marketed and negotiated a price which we were very happy with....all in the space of 8 days! Very happy vendor
i could not speak highly enough of the way Anita handled the sale of our property . i found Anita to be friendly , knowledgeable and i always felt that she was more interested in getting us the best price and doing the most in order to achieve this . VERY PROFESSIONAL
We are very happy with all the level of support extended to us by Dexter Pratt and Tamara Mitchell and the other Sales Staff at Harcourts. Right from the start we felt that Dexter understood our situation, the particular features of the house we were wanting to sell and the market. The marketing was entirely chosen by Dexter and we felt that it was well targeted. The quality of the brochure, the visuals, the contents, the external board and the Web page represented the property very well. The video was very well done. Tamara Mitchell who assisted Dexter with all aspect of the campaign provided outstanding support in all the administrative and communication areas.
