Dexter did a great job selling our house in Glen Waverley. We approached Dexter after the first auction was passed in. The result of the second auction, which was conducted by Dexter, proved that we made the right choice. He is a great salesman and a fantastic auctionier. The property was sold at the auction at the highest market value at the moment. We are very satisfied with Dexter's job. Well done! Thank you! Iris & Ben

This is the third house that we have sold through Harcourts and once again Dexter achieved excellent results. We appointed him to sell my parents home which was a very emotional time for us and he and Tamara were totally professional and understanding of our situation throughout the campaign. He is an excellent auctioneer, and his enthusiasm to engage the crowd I believe bought us the highest price on the day. He was approachable at all times and never too busy to answer any questions that we may have had. I would not hesitate to recommend Dexter and should we choose to sell in the future we would hope to work with him again.

We have the Opportunity to work with Tamara and Dexter in our venture to buy a Property in the South East.We live in the Western Suburbs of the City and South East was an entirely new location for us. When we met Tamara, we found her to be to very approachable. She straight away got our requirements and pretty much worked on it straight away guiding us in this venture of ours.It was like having a dedicated person assigned to our house hunt - pretty much there every time to attend to our queries either in person or over the phone , to show us the properties, to guide us about the area and the market.Tamara and Dexter are very friendly and approachable. They know their Job and deliver it to the highest degree of Excellence and Professionalism. Our venture would have been very difficult without them. I would love to work with them again if I have to buy an other Property.

My wife & I recent sold our house with Nuria & her team and were thrilled with the service we received as well as the result. We challenged Nuria with setting a sales record in our street which was no easy task, not only did we achieve that result we felt completely at ease throughout the process because of Nuria's communication, honesty & perseverance. We would throughly recommend Nuria & her team to anyone looking for a superior experience. Scott & Nursimangul

From the first visit to inspect the property up to the settlement date Anita helped us in a very professional manner. Anita's quick response to all communication's helped me to coordinate things with the bank and the solicitor without any delay. Even during her holiday Anita managed to arrange for a final inspection of the property prior to settlement. Without any hesitation I could recommend Anita's service to any prospective buyer. Anita is definitely a good ambassador for Harcourts. Thank you Anita Regards Nisal and Nisha
