We applied for 45 rental properties altogether (the market is crazy right now). And the only agency that took less than a week to get back to us with an answer was Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville. Not only less than a week, but we got accepted for a rental the same day that we applied. We also had the most lovely agent handle everything for us who was helpful and knowledgeable. Forget ray white who wastes all of your time and never responds or Belle who takes two weeks to give you an answer, Harcourts is SO fantastic. Clearly a great bunch of people working there if it is so effective with great communication.

I am extremely happy with the service received from an experienced management team for many years now. I have 15 properties & am an absentee landlord & could not ask for a better job.

As out of town landlords, my wife and I are totally reliant on our agent for a full 360 management of our property. Sam and the team at Harcourts give us absolute piece of mind as they take away all the stress in arranging any maintenance, while ensuring our tenants are happy in their home. Recently our tenants vacated which gave us an opportunity to do some renovations. Sam and team helped every step of the way arranging all the tradies, from plumbers and electricians to handymen and lawn mower service. Then topping it off with a photographer to make the re-list look amazing and then securing the perfect new tenants. All without fuss and nothing was ever an issue. We cannot recommend Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville enough. 5 Starts

My experience with Harcourts Kingsberry has been nothing short of perfection. This is my first time renting through a real estate agent, and to say how helpful, and swiftly the process was for me, was all thanks to the hard-working team. Their communication has been excellent; responding to emails within a day, arranging flexible appointments around my busy work schedule, and always showing a friendly face. The property I was allocated has far beyond exceeded my expectations and the entire process was made extremely simple by the team I was in communication with. I was provided with both a digital and paperback record of my necessary documents and also educated on an app I can use to report any issues I am having. I would not recommend anyone other than Harcourts Kingsberry.

This is the first time that I am renting in Australia, after owning my own place for a long time. Harcourts Kingsberry (Sarah Kristiansen) have been helpful, friendly and made the whole renting jungle a bit lighter. I am looking forward to working with the team and Sarah for the next 12 months and maybe longer.
