Earlier this year I swapped property management for my investment property over to Harcourts after several frustrating years with a struggling local business. Living overseas in London I needed a representative with a turnkey approach and a PM representative with energy and a good commercial eye. Ashlee has been nothing short of brilliant for me. In that short time we've sourced and welcomed new tenants on an improved rent and the completion of several home maintenance pieces, namely Ashlee oversaw the construction of a new back fence. Always responsive and thorough, I now have faith that my property is being looked after to a high standard. Highly recommend making the switch over to Harcourts.

Still waiting on a “minimum housing standards” issue to be fixed. Been leased for 4 weeks. House was extremely dirty in certain parts. Poor communication throughout the experience. Had to spend our own money fix big things around the house.
