Despite advising things were issues on the incoming report and havng to make multiple requests 10 weeks later i am still waiting on things to be fixed. The most crucial - Myself and my dog am suffering from extreme heat due to the air conditioners not being fixed.. I pay good rent and things should be fixed straight away. I rent my property in Adelaide and would be appalled it the agent didnt keep up with maintenance issues or that i was suggested i leave after only being in the house for 10 weeks, i bet the owner would not be happy about that!
