We have just moved to Kingsberry Harcourts and have had some great service so far, we do hope they keep this great service going. Sometimes Real Estate Agents forget that the Landlord is needing to have their Property looked after not just collect the rent. We need to have some Property Managers to advise Tenants that along with paying the rent, they need to have the property clean and tidy on inspection.

The service from Day 1 has been outstanding. Email communication, phone communication, in-person dealings. They provided advice, inspected the property before the settlement date, organised everything that's needed to get the property rental ready and found tenants within 2 weeks of advertising the property too. They provided advice and also pushed me where they wouldn't accept the property until things are done and I respect and appreciate them for it. Thank you for being absolutely wonderful
