The communication could use more improvement between property management and tenants. Several times I've had to follow up after reporting with maintenance issues.

"I recently purchased an investment property through Harcourts, and the entire process has been exceptional. From the initial purchase to the ongoing management, the Harcourts team has exceeded my expectations. They swiftly found and thoroughly vetted excellent tenants, securing the weekly rental rate they had estimated. Additionally, their assistance in coordinating access for tradespeople and recommending maintenance suppliers has been invaluable. Though it’s still early days, I am genuinely pleased with the service provided by Harcourts.

Having Harcourts manage multiple of my rental properties has been excellent. Cass, Tahnee, Chanara, Liam and the rest of the team have been easy to reach and easy to deal with the whole process from letting to managing and everything else that comes with it.

Harcourt are the third realestate I have ever been with, and I can also confidently say the best I’ve been with. Highly responsive over any form of communication, including the Tenant app. The team at Harcourts really do have their clients best interest at heart and are willing to help. I couldn’t recommend them any high for both renting and selling. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the Harcourt team and will definitely be staying with them for any renting or selling!
